Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
- Requests for replacement, return, or refund must be raised within 2 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- The product must have a manufacturing defect.
- The product received must be different from the one ordered.
- The product must not have been used or worn.
- The product should be returned in the original packaging without being broken or soiled.
- The proof of purchase or receipt of the product must be provided.
- Products under warranty (if eligible).
Non-Eligible Products for Return or Replacement:
- Items specified as “non-refundable“.
- Consumable products, such as incense sticks, turmeric, etc., cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized items or products with custom packaging.
Process for Returns and Refunds:
- To initiate a refund, please share the proof of purchase and an image of the product (in case the product is damaged or different from what was ordered).
- Refunds will be processed for the value of the returned product, not the entire order amount.
- Once the return request is confirmed, we will arrange a pickup of the product within 3-5 business days. After receiving the product, it will go through a Quality Check. If approved, the refund will be initiated.
- The product must be returned in its original condition. If the product is damaged or worn when received by us, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
- We will notify you via email once we receive the returned product and inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original bank account or credit/debit card within 7-21 business days (subject to bank processing times).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, please provide your bank details, and the refund will be processed within 7 working days after approval.
- If the customer is not satisfied or has changed their mind, they are responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process the refund. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless there is a defect or wrong product received.
