2. WHERE CAN DAY NIGHT DEAL DELIVER THE PRODUCTS?

DAY NIGHT DEAL can deliver its products worldwide. We ship our products to around 32,000 pin codes in India and around 100 countries worldwide. Apart from our own delivery network, we use premium courier partners such as DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc for our domestic & international deliveries. We can usually deliver domestic orders in 2-5 business days and international orders in 4-7 business days to regular pin codes. It may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver products to remote locations.

3. How can I buy from DAY NIGHT DEAL?

DAY NIGHT DEAL only takes online orders through its website. We do not take any order on phone or via email. If you are having any problem placing an order, you can call our customer Support Team Monday to Sunday between 9 am to 7 pm and we’ll help you place the order. Alternatively, you can write to us at support@daynightdeal.com anytime and we’ll get back to you within 24 working hours.

4. Do you gift wrap or provide packaging options?

We are providing a gift wrap option. Also, we are provided an option to add a gift box at a nominal charge (the option is available in the Checkout Page). We currently have over 100 designs of gift boxes in various sizes and shapes to suit different occasions & gift items.

5. Do you provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

Yes, we provide COD option.

6. WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHOD DOES DAY NIGHT DEAL ACCEPT?

We provide a wide variety of payment options ranging from cards to wallets. Below is a complete list of payment options that you can use :

  • Credit cards: We accept all credit cards including Visa, Master, Maestro & American Express. We also accept all domestic & international credit cards
  • Debit cards: We accept all debit cards including Visa, Master & Maestro. We also accept all domestic & international debit cards
  • Internet banking: We accept net banking payments for all domestic accounts. We do not have net banking facility for international accounts
  • Wallets: We are continuously adding more & more wallets as payment options to help our customers. We accept payments through all major wallets including PayTM, SBI Buddy, & Mobikwik
  • PayPal: We also accept payment through PayPal

8. Can I replace an Item?

For broken, damaged or wrong products, you can ask for a replacement within 4 days of deliver product. It will takes 3 – 5 days to be re-delivered at the recipient’s address.

9. How Long Product delivered to us.

Usually any product take 2 to 3 days delivery in india but if the address belongs to any Remote area in that case it will take 5 to 7 days to deliver the Products.

10. How do I track my order

You can track your order either using the Order link or the concern courier site.

11. Can I cancel my order.

Order with personalized/customized products. won’t be cancelled once it is processed. Your order with standard products can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched. We usually process all orders within a couple of hours of it being placed, and dispatch on the same day. So, in case you would like to cancel the order, please get in touch with us at the earliest.

12. How long does it take to process my cancellation?

Order cancellation is initiated instantly but it takes 4-5 working days for the amount to reflect in the bank account.
